Charlie L. Henderson: 1952-1982
My grandfather Charlie L. Henderson started C.L. Henderson Septic Tank Service when my father was 5 years old (1952). He ran the company for 30 years until he died in December 1982. When my father turned 18 he started working beside his father in the family business.
Charles W. Henderson:1982-2011
After my grandfathers death my father kept the company going and changed the name to C.W. Henderson Septic Tank Service. My father has run this business for almost 30 years. In 2011 he was diagnosed with throat cancer and I took over to allow him to go through treatment. Now he is in remission and working for my company.
Shawn Garza: 2011-Until I retire and pass it on.
This is now a female owned company and I am the third generation in the pumper industry. My father will stay on as a consultant as long as he is able. He refuses to retire. As my father before me I have changing the name to 4E Environmental Services, Inc. My husband works along side me and my dad.
